Process

ThumbnailsI usually send 3 to 4 options based on commission description and any conversation i had with the commissioner. Depending of the of client's budget range i can make options with different complexities with their prices for each.SketchingHere I refine the thumbnail idea, always trying to push and improve the pose, proportions, shapes, etc.Lines & ColorsAfter fixing any mistake and applying changes requested , i start to polishing and add the base colors and lines.RenderingI apply a simple render and texture bringing the mood with light/shadows.

Terms of Service

General

  1. If you want something specific, please, send all the references you can and a clear description.

  2. You may not use my work for commercial, advertising, or personal gain without my permission.

  3. I have the right to use commissioned arts to make merch (prints, shirts, keychains, etc.) but I will obtain permission from you before doing so.

  4. I have the right to post any commissioned pieces on my social media. If you’d prefer it not to be posted, please let me know beforehand.

  5. You may publish commissioned work to your own gallery, but I must be credited whenever that occurs.

  6. I have the right to refuse and reject any commission if it goes against my TOS or any other reason.

  7. The commission can be cancel by me in 3 cases: Emergencies, disrespect and abuse during the service.

  8. Make it clear the description and type of illustration you want, send reference for everything specific you have in mind for the commission (Pose, Props, Tattoos, BGs) before the thumbnail stage.

  9. You can also rely on the author's freedom, giving only a text description of what you want and get a finished work.

WIPs and Feedbacks

  1. You are allowed to change the idea of your commission if I have not started the thumbnail phase

  2. If you changed your mind of which thumbnail you want to proceed, let me know before i start sketching it, otherwise I will have to charge an additional fee.

  3. If there are any changes/corrections that needs to be made, it will only be done during the sketching stage. Please make sure you’re satisfied with the sketch before I proceed on to the next stage.

  4. Major changes cannot be made after the rendering stage. If it is urgent, I will have to charge an additional fee. Minor changes are okay, feel free to ask!

Payment/Price

  1. Payments up-front.

  2. Payment must be made in until 48 hr after the payment request has been sent, or you may lose your slot

  3. Prices listed will vary depending on character design complexity, background and props.

  4. Payment via Paypal or Tranfer Wise. Pix transfer for who live in Brazil.

  5. Paypal has a additional fee of 7% that will be included in the payment request

  6. All of my prices are in USD.

Refund

  1. No work done - 100% Refund

  2. During thumbnails - 70%

  3. During sketch - 40%

  4. During Base color - 20%

  5. During Render - 10%

  6. Finished work - No Refund

What i don't draw

  1. NSFW in general (I'm ok with Soft NSFW)

  2. Gore

  3. Discrimination/hate towards gender/sex, religion, race, etc

  4. Complex Robots/Machines
